Welcome to Villa Bella Nicole! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. Check-in is available from 16:00 (4:00 PM) on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the day of departure.
2. Registration: Upon arrival, all guests are required to present their personal documents (passport or ID) for registration with local authorities.
3. Cleanliness: We kindly ask you to maintain the villa clean during your stay.
4. Pool Maintenance: The swimming pool is cleaned by the host twice a week. We appreciate your cooperation not entering the house wet after using the pool.
5. Amenities Provided: We supply towels, bed linen, kitchen cloths, toilet paper, hygiene articles, dishwashing liquids, beach chairs, and parasols. Bed linen is included in the price of your stay.
6. Safety: A safety deposit box is available for storing valuables and important documents.
7. Parasols: Please close parasols on the terrace during poor weather or when leaving the villa.
8. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
9. Restricted Items: Weapons, flammable substances, explosives, fireworks, or items with strong odors are not permitted.
10. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Smokers are welcome to use the terrace or balconies and kindly use the provided ashtrays.
11. Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the villa or take interior furniture outside.
12. Maintenance: If any appliances or equipment malfunction, please inform the host immediately, and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.
13. Pool Safety: Jumping into the pool from the roof or terrace is strictly prohibited.
14. Security Cameras: For your safety, security cameras are present. They can be turned off, covered, or left on during your stay based on your preference.
15. Luggage Storage: Kindly store luggage in the designated area under the stairs to avoid damage to the villa’s interior.
